When is my investment considered active?

Your investment is considered active once the funding and account validation process is complete.

This process includes the following steps:

1. The advisor must submit the funding request, indicating the client's account number, registered email address, selected investment portfolio, and the amount to be invested.

2. The client must have previously signed the contract corresponding to their investment.

3. Once the application is validated and the funds are credited to the assigned account, the investment is automatically activated.

From that moment on, your capital will begin to generate profits according to the conditions established in the chosen portfolio.
